I had a really awful nightmare 3 nights ago, it was one of those ones where u think uve woken up from a dream but you’re still dreaming and it just gets even scarier then i woke up for real. Been on edge ever since! =(
Thanks! I’m convinced it was the amount of water i drank more than anything. I did at least a short workout everyday (min 5 max 45 mins) and I think I was eating around 1000 cals a day. I wasn’t really paying too close attention to my cal intake, just made sure I stayed away from junk food.
I did however have a bottle of water with me constantly and was constantly sipping it. This week I concentrated on calories but kinda forgot about the water and i’ve gained some of the lbs back again so from now on I’m championing water and excercise all the way!

Couldn’t Sleep so i’ve just worked out through 2 episodes of Britains Next Top Model. I know at 5”0 i’ll never be a model but dammit I CAN HAVE A MODEL BODY!
