Two month progression
When I do push-ups I don’t push myself up, I push the world down
Sooo… I worked hard from April-August and this is the results. My underwear now look like a skirt! 48.5lbs off since April. And I will continue to work hard until I reach my goal. You can achieve anything if you work hard enough for it! :)
And imma do the same tomorrow!
Breakfast: 2 slices brown bread, guacamole and lettuce
Snack: Banana, 3 rice cakes
Dinner: Steak and salad
Snack: Apple, Banana
