Urgh I am well and truly plagued with Freshers Flu! Exercise is definitely a no-go at the moment. Just climbing out of bed starts a coughing fit!! =(
I’m starting to see progress!
So my exercise regime has fallen a bit behind the last few weeks now that i’m back at uni. But i’ve continued to eat well and have seen a slow but steady drop in my weight.
I was losing a lot faster when i was working out (obviously) but it’s good to see that just by altering my diet i’m still able to make progress when things get a bit hectic. Still haven’t hit 125lbs yet…that’s my first GW.
My dance classes start this wednesday though so i’ll be back to getting regular exercise and hopefully looking gorgeous in time for my birthday!
YAAAAY, virgin have finally pulled their finger out and sorted out our connection. Now…time to make up for a lot of lost time!! Thank you all for sticking with me <3 Gxx
My internet service provider has been dicking me around and my internet just disappears for days at a time! They’ve promised t’ll be sorted by wednesday. Have had to post this from a friends’ house. Will make up for lack of posts, promise!
