Gonna say it again:
If you only have ten minutes to work out.. Make it HARD. Push yourself! You can go high intensity in a short period of time. If you push yourself hard enough I almost guarantee you’ll be just as tired as if you’d exercised for 30 minutes.
You can do it! =)

PROGRESS REPORT!
Ok so, my SW was 133lbs. I went down to 127 in my first week, but somehow gained it all back in the second week!!??
As of today (19th September 2011) I am 129.2 lbs which means i’ve lost about 4lbs since i started. Not as amazing as I was hoping for but progress is progress! =D
p.s. appologies for the highly un-appealing underwear haha! I’m saving the sexy stuff for when i drop below 100 ;-) xx
