Gonna say it again:
If you only have ten minutes to work out.. Make it HARD. Push yourself! You can go high intensity in a short period of time. If you push yourself hard enough I almost guarantee you’ll be just as tired as if you’d exercised for 30 minutes.
You can do it! =)
